To finish off our Roald Dahl week the children in Year 2 got to visit our very own ingredients shop. Each child could buy one type of ingredient with their special coin and take it back to their table to create their very own medicines. The children loved the activity and were very good at describing all the different colours, smells and textures. After break the children wrote a descriptive recipe for their Marvellous Medicine to tell others how to create their own medicine.
